Payment

  • Payment is required in full before shippment of all orders.
  • We accept checks (USA), money orders, wire transfers, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Shipping

  • Production time is 7-10 business days on printed wristbands and next-day on unprinted wristbands.
  • Rush "printed" orders are available with in 2-4 business days; a $100 minimum or 10% maximum fee will be charged

Printing

  • These are the preferred file formats for sending us your logo/artwork:
    Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe InDesign (.indd), EPS (.eps), PDF (.pdf), JPEG (.jpg), TIFF (.tif)
  • All wristbands are imprinted with black unless otherwise noted. Please contact us for additional imprint colors.
  • Serial numbers are limited to a maximum of six digits. For extended security, you can request dual serial numbers.
